InfluenceEQ was founded by managing director Mark Wells - with a passion for empowering teams and individuals aligned to their own values and purpose, Mark's passion was developed during a successful career spanning over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry encompassing roles in sales, market access, coaching and leadership with companies such as AstraZeneca and Napp.
While working as part of a performance coaching team at Napp, he was instrumental in delivering high quality outputs throughout the duration of the coaching programme working with a large cohort of the sales team.
